I was listening to Jorge Ramos the anchor at Univision on The O'Reilley Factor. He was being interviewed by Juan Williams. I had to turn it off. He spoke about how OUR COSTITUTION states that all men are created equal and we are persecuting 12 million Latinos. Mr. Ramos the same CONSTITUTION you speak of you and your law breaking friends are trying to trash. We are a nation of laws. Illegal is not a race. How dare you speak about OUR CONSTITUTION which you know nothing about. How dare you break into my home and then claim that you have rights. If you are going to invoke OUR CONSTITUTION then you must be here legally. Only an idiot can speak this way.

Israel Won't Apologize for Raid...
Nor should he have to. Fortunately Israel has a leader who is willing to uphold the rule of law without apologies. Unlike our President, Netanyahu will defend his people at any cost. He is willing to secure his borders and will not back down from political pressure. That is more than I can say about our Commander in Chief. Like him or not he has shown the will time and time again to fight against the evil that wants to eliminate Israel from the face of the Earth.
As he put it in his own words, "This wasn't a love boat. This was a hate boat." "I regret to say for many in the international community, no evidence is needed. Israel is guilty until proven guilty."
A number of nations have condemned Israel for using deadly force, killing nine activists, aboard one of the six boats in the flotilla Monday.
And as usual the response from President Obama was one of caution. This man cannot take a stance on anything without an investigation because he is definitely not qualified to do this job. Shame on those who elected this man to the highest office in the land with absolutely no resume.

Impeachable Offense?
Joe Sestak? Do you know the story? If you watch the so called main stream media you probably do not. I will inform you.
Joe Sestak is a Democratic congressman from Pennsylvania. He was running in a Democratic primary against Arlen "Spectator" Specter for the Democratic nomination in Pa.
He claims that the White House offered him a top job in the administration if he would drop out of the race against Mr. Specter leaving this former Republican disgrace as the Democratic nominee.
This is a crime my friends. Have you heard much about it from the so called main stream media? I doubt it.
The double standard here is evident. If this had happened under the Bush administration you would be sick of hearing the stories night in and night out.
But this is Obama, their darling, too big to fail.

I'll tell you why. Because if they do investigate they will find out that Chicago thug politics is alive and well.
My friends this is not only the most incompetent administration in the history of this country. It is also the most corrupt.

Two Empty Suits Stand Together
Can you believe this? I have never heard before a President of the United States stand side by side with a foreign leader and criticize the laws of this country. This man has no shame. As he said this newly passed anti-illegal immigration law passed in Arizona was a "misdirected effort" after Calderon referred to it as discriminatory.
This administration has no regards for what the people of this great nation want. 70% of Americans actually support this legislation yet our President stands there and again and again lies about the true content of this law. Just like the health care debate where the majority of Americans rejected it he again goes against the will of the people.
Then we have President Calderon himself who can't even run his own country telling us what kind of laws we should pass. He comes to our house and is dictating to us how to run our beloved country. Mr. Calderon this is our country. Keep out of our business. Go back home and deal with your own mess.
If I was to break the Mexican immigration laws which by the way are a lot tougher in Mexico I would be thrown in jail. Yet he can come over here and stand right next to this empty suit and criticize the will of the people and get away with it.
Folks this is our President, instead of standing with us he chooses to kiss ass and again betray his people. But we all know his agenda so this should not surprise anyone.
On the other hand we have Eric Holder our Attorney General. We have one of the most important issues on the table and he claims he has not read the law. The leading man in law enforcement in this country and he has not read the law. Do you believe this? This is definitely the most incompetent administration in this country's history.

Divide and Conquer
As the headline to this post says, "Divide and Conquer." That is all the Democratic Party and it's Left wing Liberal wackos want to do to this country. As we have seen in the past they will do just about anything to hold on to power.
Lead by President Obama himself as well as members of the House and Senate they continue to divide this country by misrepresenting what the law signed in Arizona actually says. They know what the law says yet they continue to lie about it's content. There is nothing you can say to make them tell the truth about this new anti-illegal immigration law. If this law is unconstitutional then so is the federal law that Obama signed into place.
They are out do divide the races in this country thinking that this is going to save them in November. They think that by playing the race card they will win the Latino vote. This is definitely going to backfire on them because the American people are finally getting it.
The great unifier has not turned out to be whom he said he was. Instead he keeps repeating the same lie over and over again. He says that this law will allow law enforcement to stop anybody because they may be of olive skin color and look hispanic/latino. He knows in his heart that this is a big lie and so do the rest of them. This law actually prohibits racial profiling and he knows it. Yet he continues to instigate the latino population by misrepresenting what this law actually says. This is a very dangerous road to travel. Violence will erupt as these groups of illegals assemble thinking in their minds that the white man is out to get them.
If I was stopped by a police officer for speeding I am asked for my license and registration. He then goes back to his vehicle and checks my credentials. He then finds out that there is a warrant out for my arrest. I am arrested. I did not get stopped because I looked hispanic(and I am), I was stopped because I broke the law. I am an American citizen, he writes me a ticket and I move on with my life.
Given the same scenario if I was here illegally I would be stopped for speeding and breaking the law. The police officer then finds out that not only was I guilty of speeding but after checking my credentials I am here illegally. That is what this law says. Obama knows it and so do all of his cronies in Congress. Yet they keep repeating over and over that you will get stopped in the streets merely for looking hispanic. Our president should be ashamed of himself. Instead of upholding the laws of this country which protect it's citizens he is siding with the illegal population and inciting violence. His words are purposely spoken to incite hatred and violence in this country in order to divide the races in hope of gaining their vote. That is shameful.
If you don't believe what I am saying listen to this fool calling for Mexican's to revolt in the US. Mr. President you are responsible for this. Just imagine if a speaker at a Tea Party spewed this anger. Have you seen this on any other network other than Fox? I don't think so.

Cinco de Mayo Outrage
So the outrage continues from the Liberals out there.
By now most of you have heard how five kids from a California High School were sent home for wearing t-shirts displaying the American flag on May 5th.
It is a common misconception among the non-Mexican community in the United
States to mistake Cinco de Mayo, or May 5th, with the Mexican Independence Day.
It is not, the Mexican Independence Day is a major holiday in Mexico, the celebration
begins every September 15th at 11 pm. As a matter of fact Cinco de Mayo is hardly celebrated in Mexico. It is a holiday created by the beer companies to sell more of their Coronas. That is it nothing more.
Back in 1862 the French fought the Mexican army in a town called Puebla. It was a minor battle. That is it nothing more.
Now to my point. It is our constitutional right to wear the American flag 365 days a year, 52 weeks a year 24/7 all day long any day of the week. These kid's constitutional rights were violated when they were told by a brain dead Assistant Principal, Miguel Rodriguez to turn their shirts inside-out. They were told not to return to class so they had no other choice but to go home for the day. These kids do not check their constitutional rights at the door when they enter the school facility. Mr. Rodriguez there is something called, freedom of speech. Mr. Rodriguez it is the first Amendment of OUR Constitution, just in case you did not know.
I can bet you any amount of money that if some kids showed up in school on July 4th wearing Mexican shirts they would not be treating them this way. Instead we would be talking about diversity and all the other mumbo-jumbo that comes out of the brain dead Liberal frame of mind.
If there were Latino students that were offended by this then too bad, you're on American soil. Enough said.

Media Bias Continues...Tea Party vs. Illegal Immigration
And the bias in our state run media continues.
It should not come as a surprise to those of us who are informed the lack of coverage from the state run media on the violence that has erupted at the various protests held by the illegal immigrant population that opposes the new law regarding illegal immigration just passed in Arizona. Rallies held throughout the country have turned violent.
In Santa Cruz protesters turned violent and vandalized many businesses in the area. They marched carrying makeshift torches, breaking storefront windows and writing "anarchist graffiti" on buildings. Many businesses sustained multiple broken windows including very large storefront windows at Urban Outfitters and The Rittenhouse building. At one point, protesters lit a fire on the porch of Caffe Pergolesi and blocked access to firefighters, officers said.
In San Francisco thousands of protesters also turned out to protest Arizona's new law.
In San Jose they turned violent once again as a group of illegals assaulted 3 people who were part of the Minutemen demonstration, a group in favor of Arizona's new immigration law.
Yet how much coverage have you seen of these atrocities on the network news? Not enough.
Now compare that to the coverage that we got night in and night out for days on these same network programs as they demonized the peaceful Tea Party demonstrations without any evidence of any wrongdoing. There were allegations of the "N" word being used as well as of spitting on the face of a congressman. All lies. As a matter of fact Nance Pelosi and the rest of her despicable colleagues tried to instigate the peaceful protesters by walking across the street where they were assembled, to no avail.
These were average Americans of all ethnic backgrounds as well as political affiliation united to protest their dismay for where this administration wants to take this country. No violence, no hatred, just pissed off Americans who have had enough.
Yet the state run media continues to do what they do best, spread their hate filled propaganda against the hard working people of this country who peacefully oppose President Obama.
Which reminds me, "Mr. President stop attacking Israel for building communities in their own land while Iran is building a nuclear weapon," you have shown the leadership of a caboose when it comes to this matter.
I was amazed at the videos of the violent demonstrators that I saw on Fox News. I am a Latino and could not believe it. Only in this country can criminals that have broken the law assemble in protests and demand rights that they do not have. It is unbelievable.

A Latino for Legal Immigration
I am back from a long layoff due to health related issues. As I sit here and ponder it is no big surprise that my first Post upon my return deals with illegal immigration. Here is the definition of Illegal Immigration...
Illegal immigration is the movement of people across national borders in a way that violates the immigration laws of the destination country. Now you tell me why is it so hard for the Liberals and their leadership to understand this?
I am an American first and foremost. I also happen to be of Latino/Hispanic heritage. To those Liberals out there you can call me a "Tio Tomas." I really do not care what you think of me. All I know is that I love this country and it is going down the tubes with this administration lead by our President Obama.
All they really want to do is do the same thing to the Hispanic voting block that they have done to the African American community for years. Dumb us down and enslave us to the system with all of their handouts and false promises.
Legal Latinos wise up. and look at what the Democratic Party has done for the African American community for years. Nothing but destroy their hopes and dreams with a false sense of compassion. The inner cities in this country which are populated by Blacks and have been run by Democrats for years are still as poor as they were back then. The race hustling that has gone on for years is despicable. Yet Blacks refuse to wake up and walk away from the plantation. Their own so called leaders like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson continue to enrich themselves while their people never prosper. If the problems of the African American community were to go away these two charlatans would be out of business. It is in their best interest to keep their own people on the ropes. I would love to know what percentage of Jesse's Rainbow Coalition money goes to a poor Black kid in the inner city?
It is for these and other reasons that legal Latinos must not let this happen and must rise up against illegal immigration. They want amnesty for those here illegally for one and only one reason, their vote.
That is why I applaud the Governor of Arizona for the stance she has taken.
If you are here illegally then you are breaking the law, plain and simple.
The Bill that is in question here and has been maligned by our Liberal friends and media does nothing but protect the citizens of Arizona. It actually mirrors the Federal law which is now in existence but the government refuses to enforce. She was elected to protect the citizens of her state and if the Federal Government is not going to do it then it is her job to protect her citizens.
Here is the statement made by our President...
"Indeed, our failure to act responsibly at the federal level will only open the door to irresponsibility by others. And that includes, for example, the recent efforts in Arizona, which threatened to undermine basic notions of fairness that we cherish as Americans, as well as the trust between police and their communities that is so crucial to keeping us safe.
"In fact, I've instructed members of my administration to closely monitor the situation and examine the civil rights and other implications of this legislation. But if we continue to fail to act at a federal level, we will continue to see misguided efforts opening up around the country."
Mr.President you are ignoring the will of the people of Arizona. As I stated earlier this new law mirrors the exact Federal law yet you have the nerve to call the leadership of Arizona irresponsible. They are sick and tired of the crimes being committed in their state by illegals crossing the border.
As a matter of fact state senator Russel Pearce, who is the leading sponsor of this legislation and who has served himself in law enforcement for many years was personally touched by these horrors as one of his sons who also serves in law enforcement was shot by an illegal immigrant. As Mr. Pearce said "illegal is not a race, it's a crime." So please save this nonsense about civil rights and racial profiling. A crime is a crime.
All this noise you hear about racial profiling and all of the other nonsense is just a ploy by the despicable Democratic Party and it's leadership to continue dividing this country. It is what they do best.
As far as Rep. Raul Grijalva, D-Arizona and Luis Gutierrez, chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Task Force on Immigration Reform and the rest of the Latino bunch in Congress, they do not speak for me or the rest of the proud Conservative Hispanic Americans in this country. They are just the Latino versions of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, race hustlers all.
Join a rally somewhere. Write to your despicable congressman. Attend a Tea Party event. Get involved or our future generations will not know the America we knew.

As Mr. Pearce said "illegal is not a race, it's a crime." So please save this nonsense about civil rights and racial profiling. A crime is a crime.
All this noise you hear about racial profiling and all of the other nonsense is just a ploy by the despicable Democratic Party and it's leadership to continue dividing this country. It is what they do best.
As far as Rep. Raul Grijalva, D-Arizona and Luis Gutierrez, chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Task Force on Immigration Reform and the rest of the Latino bunch in Congress, they do not speak for me or the rest of the proud Conservative Hispanic Americans in this country. They are just the Latino versions of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, race hustlers all.
Join a rally somewhere. Write to your despicable congressman. Attend a Tea Party event. Get involved or our future generations will not know the America we knew.

I want to thank everyone for your prayers as I fought to gain my health back. The Good Lord has been kind enough to allow me to gain my strength and move on. Don't give up praying because he listens. He may not grant us everything we ask of him because remember that as Garth Brooks said, "Sometimes God's greatest gifts are unanswered prayers." But he does listen.
I want to grab your attention once more as I begin once again to post on the issues that do matter to us all as Americans. Stay tuned...

Letter to employees
A compassionate Lay-off letter from an excellent boss.
Dear Employees:
As the CEO of this organization, I have resigned myself to the fact that Barrack Obama is our President and that our taxes and government fees will increase in a BIG way. To compensate for these increases, our prices would have to increase by about 10%. But since we cannot increase our prices right now due to the dismal state of the economy, we will have to lay off sixty of our employees instead.
This has really been bothering me since I believe we are family here and I didn't know how to choose who would have to go. So, this is what I did. I walked through our parking lots and found sixty 'Obama' bumper stickers on our employees' cars and have decided these folks will be the ones to let go. I can't think of a more fair way to approach this problem. They voted for change...... I gave it to them.
I will see the rest of you at the annual company picnic.
